Jean-Henri-Nicolas Bouillet

Jean-Henri-Nicolas Bouillet (born December 1729 in Béziers ; † January 22, 1790 ibid) was a French doctor, encyclopaedist and mayor of Béziers.

Live and act

He is the first son of a doctor from Béziers des Jean Bouillet jun. (1690–1777) and his wife Catherine Marsals (* 1700). Jean-Henri-Nicolas had a younger brother, Michel Jean Louis Bouillet (* 1732) and two older sisters, Catherine Jacquette (* 1723) and Gabrielle Bouillet (around 1727–1789).

From 1759 he was a member of the Académie des sciences .
