Jean-Marie Mate Musivi Mupendawatu (born July 18, 1955 in Lubero , North Kivu , Democratic Republic of the Congo ) is a Roman Catholic clergyman .

Life

Jean-Marie Musivi Mpendawatu received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Butembo-Beni on August 26, 1982 .

Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on July 14, 2011 as secretary of the Pontifical Council for Health Pastoral Care . This activity ended with the dissolution of the council on January 1, 2017.
