Jean Coleman (born November 9, 1918 - December 13, 2008 ) was an Australian sprinter .

At the British Empire Games in Sydney in 1938 , she won silver over 220 yards and gold in the 440- yard and 660-yard relay.

In 1937 she became Australian champion over 440 yards, in 1940 over 220 yards. On January 13, 1939, she set her personal best with 25.0 s over 220 yards (corresponds to 24.9 s over 200 m ).
