Jean Constantin
Jean Constantin (born August 21, 1928 in Techirghiol , † May 26, 2010 in Constanța ) was a Romanian actor .
Life
Constantin, of Greek origin, began his acting career in 1957 at the Fantasio State Theater in Constanța. Later he played for a long time at the National Theater in Bucharest. In almost 70 films that he shot between 1960 and 2008, he became an institution of Romanian cinema.
In 2008 Constantin was awarded the Gala Premiilor Gopo for his life's work .
