Jeferson de Araujo de Carvalho (born June 22, 1996 in Campinas ) is a Brazilian football player. He has been part of the AA Ponte Preta squad since 2015 and is mostly used as a right-back.

Career

In the 2015 season he rose to the first team of AA Ponte Preta . He made his debut for Ponte Preta in the 2014 season in Série B on November 1, 2014. In the 1-0 win against Sampaio Corrêa FC , he was included in the starting line-up. At the end of the season he joined AA Ponte Preta in the Series A on. He made his debut in the new league on November 15, 2015 in the game against Palmeiras São Paulo . In the 1-0 win, he was used over the entire 90th minutes.

He made his international debut on August 20, 2015 when he played against Chapecoense in the Copa Sudamericana . In the 1-1 draw, he was used over the entire season.
