Jeff Abbott
Jeff Abbott (* 1963 in Dallas , Texas ) is an American writer.
Life
Abbott graduated from Rice University ( Houston ) and was graduated there in History and English. After graduating, he began to write and was able to establish himself as a successful author with his first novel.
Abbott currently (2017) lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and two children .

Abbott's first novels are still considered traditional detective novels , his later works are more likely to be classified as thrillers . The former includes his cycle about "Jordan Poteet", while the latter includes his novels about the judge "Whit Mosley".
