Jeffery Smith (athlete)
Jeffery Smith ( Jeffery Itzen Smith; born June 11, 1943 ) is a former Zambian sprinter .
Starting for the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyassaland , he was sixth over 220 yards and fourth in the 4-by-110-yard relay at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Perth in 1962 . He failed over 100 yards in the quarterfinals.
At the Olympic Games in 1964, he was eliminated over 100 m in the preliminary run and over 200 m in the quarter-finals.
