Jeffrey "Jeff" Skoll (born January 16, 1965 ) is a Canadian living in the United States who became eBay's first president and first full-time employee in 1996 . In addition to the founder Pierre Omidyar, he is considered to be jointly responsible for the success of the online auction platform.

His name also became known through the Skoll Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship named after him .
