The Jeffries Glacier is a 13 km long glacier in the East Antarctic Coatsland . In the Theron Mountains it flows between Lenton Bluff and the Marø Cliffs in a north-westerly direction to the Bailey Ice Stream .

Participants of the Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1955-1958) made the first mapping and naming between 1956 and 1957. It is named after Peter Harry Jeffries (1931–2001), meteorologist on this research trip.
