Jeh Johnson
Jeh Charles Johnson (born September 11, 1957 in New York City ) is an American politician of the Democratic Party .
Johnson attended Morehouse College and studied law at Columbia University in New York City. He practiced as a lawyer in New York City. Johnson served as Secretary of State for Homeland Security from December 23, 2013 to January 20, 2017 .
Jeh is the grandson of the sociologist Charles Spurgeon Johnson (1893–1956).
