Yekaterina Alexandrovna Klimowa ( Russian Екатерина Александровна Климова ; born  January 24, 1978 in Moscow ) is a Russian actress .

Life

In 1999, Klimova finished her acting studies at the Shchepkin Theater School in Moscow and was accepted into the Russian Army Theater. There she played, among other things, Otello's wife Desdemona in Otello .

Since 2001 she has been involved in film and television productions, for example in Bednaja Nastja . One of her first leading roles is the portrayal of Nina Polyakova in the film We Are From the Future (2008). In Grigorij R. she plays alongside Vladimir Maschkow , Andrei Smoljakow and Ingeborga Dapkūnaitė .

From 1997 to 2003 she was married to Ilya Choroschilow, with whom she has a daughter (* 2002). On December 31, 2004, Klimova married the actor Igor Petrenko (* 1977). On July 10, 2014, their marriage, which resulted in two sons (* 2006 and * 2008), was divorced. In 2015 she married the actor Gela Meschi (* 1986), with whom she has a daughter (* 2015). On June 28, 2019, this marriage was also divorced.
