Jennifer Cowen (born April 6, 1991 in Keighley ) is a British water diver . She starts for the City of Leeds Diving Club in the disciplines 10 m tower and synchronized diving . In synchronized competitions she jumps alongside Brooke Graddon and is trained by Adrian Hinchliffe.

Cowen has been part of the national team since 2008. In 2011 she took part in a major adult championship for the first time. At the European Championships in Turin , she was fourth in the 10-m tower and with Graddon in 10-m synchronized jumping. She also took part in the team competition with Max Brick and came in sixth. She also started at the World Championships in Shanghai , but was eliminated in the individual from the tower in the preliminary fight.

In 2010, Cowen doubled the actress Aisling Loftus in a two-part English television film on the BBC in all water jumps.
