Career

Jenny Karolius began her handball career at Post SV Berlin , where the right-hander played from 1995 to 2003. From 2003 to 2005 she played in the Bundesliga team of the "Spreebirds" at BVG Berlin, before moving to SC Markranstädt in 2005 . Due to the bankruptcy of SC Markranstädt in 2009, Flummi moved to the Schwabenländle to join the second division of SG BBM Bietigheim . With SG BBM Bietigheim , one of their greatest successes was achieved immediately in the first year, promotion to the first handball league (women) . In the middle of the 2010/2011 season she was released from training and games for disciplinary reasons (according to the club's official announcement). Then she and her club, SG BBM Bietigheim , agreed to terminate the contract that ran until the end of the season. In January 2011, Frisch Auf Göppingen signed the circle runner , who moved to Bayer 04 Leverkusen for the 2014/15 season. After the 2018/19 season, she had to end her career due to a shoulder injury. For the 2019/20 season she will take over as coach of Bayer 04 Leverkusen's B youth team.
