Jens Frederik Nielsen

Jens Frederik Nielsen (born June 22, 1991 ) is a Greenlandic politician ( Demokraatit ) and badminton player .

Life

Jens Frederik Nielsen studied social sciences at the University of Greenland . He held administrative tasks at Demokraatit before he was surprisingly appointed Greenlandic Minister of Labor and Raw Materials in the Kielsen VI cabinet on May 29, 2020 . On June 8, 2020, he was elected party leader of the Demokraatit without a candidate.

Career

Frederik Nielsen became national champion in Greenland for the first time in 2012. He recorded further medal wins in the three years before and in the year after. In 2007, 2009 and 2011 he took part in the Island Games.
