Jens Möller (psychologist)

Jens Möller (* 1957 in Rönne ) is a German psychologist .

After studying psychology at the University of Kiel , he was there in 1991 with the work Attributions in the mass media. To influence national group membership, group size and gender on spontaneous attribution of causes doctorate . He then completed his habilitation , also in Kiel, and in 2003 became professor of psychology at Bielefeld University in the learning and cognition unit . In May 2003 he returned as a professor at the Institute for Psychology at the University of Kiel. From 2005, he was spokesman for the Pedagogical Psychology Section of the German Psychological Society (DGP) for two years . Since April 2006 he has been chairman of the DGP psychology commission for teacher training courses . He is also on the editorial board of the Journal of Educational Psychology and spent three years managing editor of the Journal of Educational Psychology .
