Jens Martin Scherpe

Jens Martin Scherpe (* 1971 ) is a German legal scholar .

Life

After graduating as Dr. iur. in Hamburg in 2002 he was a research fellow (2002–2005) at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law . He teaches as Professor of Comparative Law at the University of Cambridge .

His main research interests are comparative law and family law.
