Jerzy Dominik Lubomirski (* 1654 (?); † 1727 ) was the Polish Crown Chamberlain .

He belonged to a family of Polish magnates that had gained importance in the 16th century.

He became known mainly through his first wife, Ursula Katharina von Altenbockum , who later became mistress of the Saxon Elector Augustus the Strong .

After the death of the Polish King John III. Sobieski and during the king's election, Jerzy Dominicus initially sided with the French Conti party. He later switched to Friedrich August's side.

Lubomirski was arch-treasurer and since 1726 voivode of Cracow .
