Jesper Hansen (born October 23, 1990 in Copenhagen ) is a Danish road cyclist .

Jesper Hansen has been internationally active at various racing teams since 2009, and for the Tinkoff team since 2013 . In 2015 he achieved his first major success when he won the Tour of Norway . In the same year he started at the Vuelta a España and finished 52nd in the overall ranking. 2016 he won with the team Tinkoff the team time trial of Croatia Tour and finished second overall behind Matija Kvasina . At the Giro d'Italia 2017 , he finished 32nd in the overall ranking.
