Evgeny Dmitrijewitsch Mishakov ( Russian Евгений Дмитриевич Мишаков ; born February 2, 1941 in Moscow , Russian SFSR ; † May 30, 2007 ibid) was a Russian ice hockey player .
Career
During his career the striker played for HK CSKA Moscow and HK Lokomotive Moscow . In total, he scored 183 goals in 400 games in the Soviet league . He was appointed to the Soviet national ice hockey team at an early age . On February 26, 1965 he was in a game against Canada for the first time for the Sbornaja on the ice. His international career was crowned with gold medals at the 1968 and 1972 Winter Olympics . For the national team, he scored 48 goals in 71 international matches. At the ice hockey world championships he was world champion three times with his team (1969 to 1971). In 1968 he was inducted into the " Russian Hockey Hall of Fame ". On September 28, 1972, during the Summit Series 1972 , he played his last international game.
