Jiří Doležal junior (born July 8, 1985 in Prague , Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech ice hockey player who has been under contract with HC Verva Litvínov in the Czech extra league since 2015 . His father Jiří Doležal senior was also a professional ice hockey player.

Career

Jiří Doležal began his career in the youth of HC Slavia Prague , in which he was active from 2000 to 2006, before he made his debut in the Czech extra league for the capitals in the 2006/07 season . In addition to Slavia Prague, the striker also played for HC Příbram in the 2004/05 season , and from 2004 to 2007 for SK HC Baník Most in the third-class 2nd division , with Most as champion in the 2006/07 season 1st league promotion. Since the left-shooter was Czech champions for the first time in his career with his team in the 2007/08 season , he qualified with Slavia for the newly founded Champions Hockey League , in which Doležal was on the ice in all four group games of his team and scored two goals.
