Jin Ueda

Jin Ueda ( Japanese上 田 仁, Ueda Jin ; born December 10, 1991 in Kyoto ) is a Japanese table tennis player .

Career

The Japanese made his first international appearances at youth world championships. He was able to win several medals, including two bronze medals with the team and one silver in doubles.

Because of his good performance, he was even allowed to take part in the World Cup in 2009 and was able to reach the round of 16 in doubles with Kenta Matsudaira . He was also able to celebrate several successes in doubles on the World Tour.

At the World Tour Grand Finals 2017 he and his compatriot Maharu Yoshimura took bronze in doubles. In 2018, Ueda and the team secured silver at the World Team Cup , in the final they lost to China .

In the 2009/2010 season, Jin Ueda played for TTC Hagen in the 2nd Bundesliga .
