The circle Jingyuan ( Chinese 靖远县 , pinyin Jìngyuǎn Xiàn ) is a group of prefecture-level city Baiyin in the Chinese province of Gansu . It has an area of 5,809 square kilometers and has a population of around 460,000 (2004).
