Pingchuan
The municipality of Pingchuan ( Chinese 平川 区 , Pinyin Píngchuān Qū ) belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Baiyin in the Chinese province of Gansu . It has an area of 2,106 square kilometers and has a population of around 200,000 (2004).
