Jingtai ( Chinese  景泰县 , Pinyin Jǐngtài Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Baiyin in the Chinese province of Gansu . In 1999 it had 230,415 inhabitants.

The ruins of the city of Yongtai (Yongtai chengzhi 永泰 城 址), the "turtle city" (guicheng) from the time of the Ming Dynasty , have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 2006 (6-210) .
