Jinshi (Changde)

Jinshi ( Chinese 津市 市 , Pinyin Jīnshì Shì ) is a Chinese city in the Hunan Province . It is located on the north bank of the Li Shui , a left tributary of the Yangtze , about 70 kilometers north of Changde . Jinshi belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Changde. In 1999 it had 256,673 inhabitants.
