Joachim Bügen
Joachim Bücke (born in Frankfurt am Main in 1949 ) is a German lawyer and former judge . D. at the Federal Administrative Court .
Life
Joachim Bügen was born in Frankfurt am Main in 1949. He studied law in Giessen and passed his second state examination in October 1977 at the Düsseldorf Administrative Court . There he was appointed judge at the administrative court in October 1980 and in October 1988 judge at the higher administrative court for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia .
In October 1997, Joachim Büge moved to the 6th Revision Senate of the Federal Administrative Court, being appointed judge at the Federal Administrative Court . There his main focus of activity and interests was staff representation law , where he also produced numerous publications.
At the end of November 2017 Joachim folds occurred after 41 years of service to the public services , and 17 years at the Bundesverwaltungsgericht in the retirement a.
