Joachim Bohnert
Joachim Bohnert (born July 22, 1946 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German legal scholar and former professor at the Free University of Berlin , specializing in criminal law , criminal procedural law and legal philosophy .
Bohnert grew up in Freiburg im Breisgau . After training as a musician, he studied philosophy in Freiburg, Bonn and Heidelberg. Then Bohnert took up a civil service position in Constance. Bohnert has been working in Berlin since 1986. Bohnert was the editor of the Beck commentary on the Law on Administrative Offenses (OWiG).
