Joanna Jesse

Joanna Jesse (born March 16, 1975 in Poznan ) is a German contemporary artist and painter . Her style is characterized by figurative painting and photorealism .

Life

Joanna Jesse was born in the Polish city of Poznan . She has been painting and drawing since early childhood and graduated from high school and diploma at the Poznan Art School. She initially worked as a graphic designer and came to Germany in 1999. In 2006 she began to focus exclusively on painting and started as a freelance artist. From 2006 to 2009 she attended the Art Academy Düsseldorf as a guest student with Herbert Brandl , where she studied free painting from 2009 to 2015. In 2013 she received the appointment as a master class student and in 2015 the final diploma.

Joanna Jesse lives and works as a freelance artist in Solingen .
