Jochim Busch

Jochim Peter Johannes Busch (born November 18, 1986 in Tübingen ) is a German chef.

Career

After his apprenticeship in Metzingen , Busch cooked in the Furisto restaurant in the Hotel Fürstenhof in Reutlingen . In 2009 he went to Baden-Baden in the winter garden of the Brenners Park-Hotel , where he joined Andreas Krolik's team in the Brenners Park-Restaurant in 2011 . In 2012 he went to Frankfurt am Main as Sous Chef under Krolik in the Tiger gourmet restaurant in the Tigerpalast .

In 2015 he became head chef at the newly opened Gustav restaurant in Frankfurt am Main , which was awarded a Michelin star in the same year and received 16 points from Gault Millau
