Andreas Krolik

Andreas Krolik (born July 8, 1974 in Erdeborn ) is a German chef .

Career

After training in Schömberg / Black Forest, Krolik moved to the Waldhotel Post in Bad Liebenzell in 1996, to the Sporthotel Adler in Adelboden in Switzerland in 1997 and to the Treff Hotel in Vitznau in Switzerland in 1998 . In 1998 he went to the Tiger restaurant at Victor Stampfer's in Frankfurt, and in 1999 to the Vierseithof in Luckenwalde . From 2000 he cooked in Brenner's Parkhotel & Spa in Baden-Baden , in 2004 he became head chef here. In 2005 his restaurant was awarded a Michelin star and 17 points from Gault Millau . The restaurant was awarded two stars in the 2011 Michelin Guide.

In August 2012 he moved back to Frankfurt in the Tiger restaurant , which was awarded a Michelin star just a few weeks later. In the 2014 edition, Kroliks Restaurant received its second Michelin star.

In March 2015, Krolik moved to Lafleur in Frankfurt, which has the same tenant as the Tiger restaurant . Lafleur was also awarded two stars in Michelin 2016 .

A specialty of his cuisine are the vegan menus that a quarter of his guests have been offering since March 2014 .

At the end of 2018 Andreas Kroilik published his first cookbook.
