Joe Choynski
Joe Choynski (* 8. November 1868 in San Francisco , California , USA ; † 25. January 1943 in Cincinnati , Ohio , USA ) was an American boxer in the heavyweight division .
The son of a Jewish-Polish immigrant was inducted into the International Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 1991 and into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 1998. However, he never managed to fight for a world title.
