Joe Deimeke (born March 24, 1986 in St. Louis ) is an American volleyball player .

Career

Deimeke played from 2005 to 2008 on the team at Lindenwood University in Saint Charles (Missouri) . In 2009 he went to Denmark to Boldklubben Marienlyst . In his first season he was national champion with the club and reached the cup final. Marienlyst also won the Nordic club competition. In 2011 the team defended the championship title with Deimeke and also won the cup. Then the American moved to the German Bundesliga club evivo Düren . After only one year he left the first division and moved to the first division relegated RWE Volleys Bottrop for the 2012/13 season , with whom he succeeded in being promoted again. Then Deimeke returned to the United States and became a volleyball assistant coach at Washington University in St. Louis .
