Joe Inoue
Joe Inoue Japanese 井上 ジ ョ ー , Inoue Jō (born August 30, 1985 in Los Angeles ) is a Japanese-American rock musician. He is under contract with the music label Ki / oon Records , which belongs to Sony Music Entertainment Japan .
life and career
Inoue is the child of two Japanese immigrants, born and raised in Los Angeles. It was not until middle school that he became interested in music. He was accepted at UCLA and UC Berkeley , but decided to pursue his music career.
In his works he is not only responsible for text and composition, but also plays all the instruments. According to his own statements, he learned Japanese by reading manga and watching anime .
He started his career as a musician in 2007 and became famous for his title Closer when it was used as the fourth theme song in the series Naruto: Shippuden .
His fifth single Kaze no Gotoku was selected as the second theme song for the anime Yorinuki Gin Tama-san .
Inoue contributed the rap part to the title Eden of the album Come On! (2011) by Tetsuya. In the same year he contributed the text to World of Glory by Totalfat.
