Joe Madisia
Joseph "Joe" Frank Madisia (* 1954 in Lüderitz , South West Africa ) is a contemporary Namibian artist .
Joe Madisia has also become internationally known for his abstract painting . From 2001 to 2004 he was director of the Katutura Community Arts Center . Between 2005 and 2011 he was director of the Namibian National Gallery .
