Johan Hendrik Baron Mollerus (born October 30, 1750 in The Hague , † June 22, 1834 in Utrecht ) was a Dutch politician.

Mollerus became Dutch Government Secretary in 1784, resigned from the civil service as a supporter of the House of Orange during the Revolution, but became Secretary to the States of Holland in 1802, Member of the Council of India in 1804, Council of State in 1807, Minister of the Interior in 1808, Minister of Culture in 1809 and negotiated in 1810 Paris on the union of Holland with France. Napoleon hated him for his attachment to the House of Orange . In 1813 he became general director of bridges and highways in the Batavian departments and in 1814 minister of war with the title of general commissioner of war, since the prince of Orange had the highest management. In 1815 he resigned and took part in the negotiations on the Basic Law as a real councilorDutch constitution , in 1816 he became Vice President in the State Council and died in 1826.

His son Willem was ambassador of the King of the Netherlands in St. Petersburg and died there in 1855.
