Johann Andreas Bergmüller
Johann Andreas Bergmüller (* before 1715 probably Türkheim ; † after 1738 probably there) was a German painter, sculptor, draftsman, etcher, sculptor and graphic artist. He was probably the brother of Dominikus Bergmüller and the son of Andreas Bergmüller . Presumably Johann Andreas Bergmüller worked in the workshop of his brother Dominikus Bergmüller. He used the monogram J: A: B for his work. His most important works include the frescoes of the parish church of the Assumption of Mary in Türkheim from 1732 and the dome painting in the choir of the parish church of St. Peter and Paul in Oberigling in 1735. He gave drafts for altars, pulpits, structural alterations and new buildings for churches as a series of models out in series of engravings.
