Johann Bella

Johann Bella (born November 29, 1885 in Süttör, today in Fertőd ; † October 8, 1938 in Wulkaprodersdorf ) was an Austrian station director and politician.

Johann Bella was born as the son of the master carpenter Johann Bella. He passed the private school-leaving exam in Ödenburg and then worked as a businessman. In 1911 he entered the service of the railway and became a railway official or station director of Neufeld an der Leitha . In 1913 he married Elisabeth Wetschka, Martin Wetschka's sister . Bella was municipal administrator (mayor) of Neufeld an der Leitha between 1934 and 1937 and resigned from this office at her own request. In addition, between November 11, 1934 and March 12, 1938, he was a member of the State Parliament in Burgenland for the “Trade and Transport” stand.
