Johann Christof Wehrs (born in the 20th century ) is a German actor .

Life

Wehrs studied acting at the State University for Music and Performing Arts in Hamburg . During his apprenticeship he performed a. a. in the Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg, the Musiktheater im Revier Gelsenkirchen and the Schlosstheater Celle . He had his first permanent engagement at the Stadttheater Heilbronn , followed by Hanover, Hildesheim and finally the function of director in Lüneburg. From 1981 to 1988 Wehrs was engaged on the stages of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck , since then he has worked as a freelance. He has worked at the Ernst Deutsch Theater and the Ohnsørtheater in Hamburg, the Renaissance Theater Berlin , the Schauspielhaus Salzburg and - as Professor Crey Schnauz in the Feuerzangenbowle at the Altona Theater . In this role he also appeared at the Dreieichenhain Castle Festival in the summer of 2007 .

From 2002 to 2009 he played the bailiff in Christian Stückl's production of Jedermann at the Salzburg Festival . In 2006 he was seen as a stelter in the TV series Da geht Kalle . In the German-language production of Dirty Dancing he played - alternating with Charlie Serrano - Mr. Schumacher.

He gained national fame through the representation of the chocolatier in television advertising for the Lindt company .
