Johann Günter Harrer

Johann Günter Harrer (born April 8, 1943 in Kempten (Allgäu) , † May 18, 2000 in Bad Sulza ) was a German trade union secretary . As an independent politician for the PDS, he was a member of the Thuringian state parliament from 1994 to 1999 .

Harrer trained as a pipe fitter from 1957 to 1960 and trained as a DGB trade union secretary for labor and social law from 1978 to 1979. From March 1979 he worked as a trade union secretary in Bielefeld, Darmstadt and Jena (there until December 31, 1994).
