Johann Gottfried von Bequerer

Johann Gottfried von Bequerer (* around 1650 in Bonn ; † July 16, 1720 in Cologne ) was a priest and official of the Archdiocese of Cologne .

Life

After receiving the subdiaconate ordination , Bequerer was accepted into the Cologne cathedral chapter as a canon or canon on February 2, 1685 . He was ordained a priest on April 23 of the same year. Archbishop Joseph Clemens von Bayern appointed him official of the Archdiocese of Cologne in 1696. According to the Cologne Vicariate General Protocol of September 30, 1706, he worked as the Cologne official provost in Kerpen . A position that he obviously took up in 1691 at the age of 40.
