Johann Grabner

Johann (Hans) Grabner the Younger (* in the 15th century ; † after 1500 ) was an Austrian knight.

Johann Grabner was a son of Jacob Grabner the Younger (named 1410 as Herr von Rechberg ), his siblings were Georg Grabner auf Joslowitz (from whom the Grabner zu Rosenburg descended), Margareta Grabner (named 1492/99) and Andreas Grabner († 1449 ). He came from the Second Lower Austrian line of the Grabner family from the von Graben family .

In 1449 Johann Grabner left the Rechberg Fortress on Joslowitz to his brother Georg Grabner . In 1468 he married Barbara Krößling to the village ; nothing is known about offspring. In 1481 Grabner pledged the two stepsons of his brother Georg Grabner to Joslowitz, Georg and Hanns von Rosenhart , the villages of Prunreichs ( Preinreichs  ?) Eisenberg (eramt, municipality of Jaidhof ) and Grubern ( Grübern  ?) Together with the wine and grain tithes at Mittelberg . 1500 gave Grabner and his relative Hieronimus Steward of Staatz with the permission of the land marshal court the Johann von Lamberg as a stepfather of Rose Harti's children's vests Weherburg and Buchberg (Puechberg) am Kamp .
