Johann Höll

Johann Höll (born July 5, 1930 in Obertraun ; † April 3, 2017 in Bad Ischl ) was an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ). Höll was a member of the National Council from 1983 to 1986 and from 1988 to 1990 .

Life

After compulsory school, Johann Höll attended a commercial vocational school and worked as a salesman and branch manager in the Salzkammergut consumer cooperative. Between 1955 and 1988 he held the position of chairman of the SPÖ Obertraun, took over the office of vice mayor between 1967 and 1973 and worked as mayor of the municipality of Obertraun between 1973 and 1988 . In addition, he was chairman of the central works council of the Salzkammergut consumer cooperative at the company's headquarters in Bad Goisern, chamber councilor and chairman of the trade section of the trade union of private employees of the Upper Austrian state secretariat. He represented the SPÖ from May 19, 1983 to December 16, 1986 and from October 25, 1988 to May 31, 1990 in the National Council.
