Johann Hinrichs (born May 22, 1934 in Ohrwege near Bad Zwischenahn ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and former member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Life

Hinrichs attended elementary school and then the grammar school in Bad Zwischenahn, which he left with the secondary school leaving certificate. He then attended the agricultural college in Bad Zwischenahn, and trained as a farmer. Since 1961 he was employed by the Ammerländer Landvolkverband and in 1969 was appointed managing director of the association. He is married and has two children.

politics

Hinrichs has been a member of the CDU since 1972, since then he has also been a councilor and from 1980 mayor of Bad Zwischenahn. Since 1976 he has been a member of the district council of the Ammerland district.

He was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament for the 11th and 12th electoral periods from June 21, 1986 to June 20, 1994.
