Johann Jakob Roth
Johann Jakob Roth (born July 12, 1760 in Weißenburg am Sand ; † June 13, 1826 there ) was a Bavarian farmer and politician .
biography
From 1806 to 1821, according to other sources from 1807 to 1821, Roth was the first Lord Mayor of the city of Weißenburg , which was free until 1802 . Before that, he was a forest officer and councilor for the imperial city of Weißenburg. Johann Jakob Roth was a member of the Bavarian Chamber of Deputies from February 1, 1822, succeeding Johann Salomon Walther until 1825 . He was a member of two state parliaments. Within the state parliament, Johann Jakob Roth belonged to Group IV , representing the cities and markets with more than 500 families. Roth was of the Evangelical Lutheran faith . He died at the age of 65.
