Johann Rulemann Ludwig Eylert (born October 16, 1731 in Strünkede , † September 1, 1813 in Hamm ) was a German theologian and professor of theology at the Academic Gymnasium in Hamm .

Life

He was born as the son of the pastor Johann Hermann Eylert and Anna Theodore Lemmick in Strünkede.

From 1748 he attended the university in Duisburg . In 1754 he became the second Reformed pastor in Hamm, and in 1762 professor of theology in Hamm. He was introduced to his new office on October 14, 1762. On October 1, 1782, he was retired as a professor of theology, but remained the second Reformed pastor, and from 1794 first Reformed pastor in Hamm.

On January 1, 1757, he married Catharina Elisabeth Biermann (* approx. 1732 in Hamm † 1810 in Hamm) in Hamm. Hermann Christian Eylert (1757-1826), Rulemann Friedrich Eylert (1770-1852) and Conradina Carolina Eylert (* 1773) are known of his children .
