Johann Seper (born April 6, 1968 in Zwettl ) is an Austrian civil servant and district captain in the Scheibbs district .
education and profession
Seper joined the Lower Austrian regional service in 1992. From 1994 to 2001 he studied law at the University of Vienna , which he obtained with the academic degree Mag. Iur. completed.
From 2003 Seper worked at the district administration Gänserndorf and in July 2005 he became district captain deputy in the district Scheibbs , in this position he moved to the district Gänserndorf in February 2007.
On December 22, 2009, he became district captain in the Scheibbs district. He followed Martina Gerersdorfer , who moved to the Amstetten district .
