Johann Stilger

Johann Stilger (born January 18, 1817 in Niederbruch , † March 7, 1876 in Wicker ) was a farmer and member of the Nassau state parliament.

family

Johann Stilger was the son of the farmer and innkeeper Johann Georg Stilger (* December 16, 1766 in Niederbruch; May 5, 1831 ibid) and his wife Catharina née Fein (* June 4, 1774; † January 1, 1826 in Niederrechen).

Johann Stilger, who was a Catholic denomination, married Barbara Allendorf (born July 3, 1825 in Wicker; † after 1869) on May 7, 1854 in Eppstein , the daughter of the farmer and innkeeper Johannes Allendorf from Wicker.

Life

Johann Stilger lived as a farmer. From 1864 to 1866 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates of the Duchy of Nassau for constituency XXI ( Hochheim ) . He belonged to the Nassau Progressive Party .
