Johann Wilhelm von Büren (born January 14, 1643 , † September 2, 1680 ) was canon in Münster .

Life

Johann Wilhelm von Büren was born as the son of Melchior Dietrich von Büren (court lord of Mengede) and his wife Sibylla Torck . On October 24, 1662 he came to study at the Collegium Germanicum in Rome . In April 1663 he received a Dompräbende in Worms and was presented to the canon of the late canon Johann Wilhelm von Sintzig on July 25, 1664 according to papal commission . A month later he took possession of the prebende. In February 1666 Johann Wilhelm left the Collegium Germanicum as a deacon . On January 14, 1675, after the Dimission of Johann Wilhelm von Nesselrode, it came into the possession of the Archdeaconate Winterswijk. After the death of Hermann von Galen , he was elected as Domkellnereiassessor on January 25, 1675.
