Johannes Hoffmann (born April 6, 1937 in Altreichenau , Lower Silesia Province ) is a German Roman Catholic moral theologian and social ethicist .

Life

Johannes Hoffmann studied Catholic theology and economics at the Universities of Münster , Munich and Bonn , as well as psychology at the University of Saarbrücken . Hoffmann is the managing project manager of the Ethical-Ecological Rating project at the University of Frankfurt am Main and a member of the environmental advisory board of the Umweltbank . He was chairman from 2000 to 2007 and has been honorary chairman of the Association for Ethically Oriented Investors (CRIC eV) since 2007, and chairman of the Debt Compass Germany project group at SCHUFA Holding AG from 2003 to 2007 .
