Johannes Mollerup
Johannes Mollerup (born December 3, 1872 in Nyborg, † June 27, 1937 ) was a Danish mathematician .
Mollerup first studied at the University of Copenhagen , did his doctorate there in 1903 and then held a chair at the Danmarks Tekniske Universitet from 1916 until his death .
Together with Harald Bohr , he developed Bohr-Mollerup's theorem for the simple characterization of the gamma function.
